New contract in the railway sector in Romania. ITR Group award the Feasibility Study and the Technical Project for the Apahida - Ilva Mica railway line

The feasibility study and the technical project for the modernization of the railway line on subsection I Apahida - Ilva Mică, 119 km long, aim to identify the optimal solution from a technical, operational, economic, financial, environmental impact and climate change, in order to increase the maximum speed to 160 km / h for passenger trains, respectively to 120 km / h for freight trains. The project is part of the modernization of the entire Cluj - Succeava section and in the even more ambitious framework of modernization of the entire railway system in Romania.

The contract, worth an approximate value of 6 million euros, was signed at the beginning of March and involves Italrom with the Egis group, leader of the association.
