The project regards the work about the realization of a building and its car-park, intended for office usage in locality Sala, near Catanzaro.

The building, SEI GROUP ENEL property, is situated between Brutium Street and Station Street and has access suitable for vehicles from both streets. The area, object of intervention, presents escarpment for a height of m.3.00, which decrease to South until the entrance on the Station Street. The building is executed on five exterior levels and a roof, and presents oblong rectangular plant.

The structure of the building is composed both of elements in reinforced concrete and steel elements. Under the building, the car park is realized on two underground levels.

For the realization of the same building, with the purpose of assuring the stability of the complex, the project plains the realization of a retaining walls and piles sheet.
